House Remodeling in Kailua
These pictures are of a house remodeling in Kailua. We removed a support beam and 3 posts to open up the view of the pool and garden. Then we installed an engineered 2000 lb. "I" beam to support the load. We had to enlist the help of Hawaiian Rigging to handle the distance of 90 FT over the rooftop into its resting place by the pool.

Manoa Valley Inn Repair
The Manoa Valley Inn suffered damage to its chimney and adjacent facade in the earthquake. We reconstructed the facade and added a soffit to hide the lack of the chimney, which is to be constructed at a later date.

Manoa Valley Inn Renovation
This is a historical home in Manoa Valley called the Manoa Valley Inn. They are on the historical register and needed to follow strict construction guidelines in order to maintain their status. We enclosed an exterior lanai to create a coffee/sitting room with solid oak wood floors and beaded board ceilings. We also hand crafted exterior glass doors and screen doors to match existing 100 years old doors. We also installed double hung pella windows (wood clad).

House Renovation in Waialua
This is a complete house renovation on the beach in Waialua. We installed bamboo flooring, Indonesian bath cabinets with top bowls. We also installed Home Depot kitchen cabinets with granite tops. We completed the project with crown molding, large baseboards, and new windows (Coastal windows). We custom-fabricated an original trim detail for the exterior of the windows. |

Condo Renovation in Waialua
This is a condominium renovation we completed in Waialua. We replaced all the cabinets, doors, flooring, texturing, and light fixtures. We added crown molding, base boards and paint to dress up the units for selling. |

This is a house we completely renovated in Kailua. We added a wrap around deck to dress up the exterior. We completely gutted and remodeled the interior. Landscaping goes a long way. |
