This is a project we completed in Kaneohe involving design, permitting and renovation complete with Two new bedrooms (addition), new entry way, enclosing of garage with new garage door, enlarged dining rm./office area, new koa flooring throughout, two new bathroom renovations with porcelain tile flooring, New kitchen renovation with our one of a kind concrete countertops, and painting in and out. Lastly a new 50 year architect 80 roof installed with solar water heater. This was a complete package.
